By accessing or using Zuru Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are subject to availability and operator confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Pesapal. Refunds follow our Cancellation Policy.

4. Tour Operators

Zuru Travel is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent tour operators. The operator is responsible for delivering the travel experience as described. Zuru Travel facilitates the booking and payment but is not the direct provider of travel services.

5. User Content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Zuru Travel a non-exclusive license to display that content on our platform. Content must be truthful and not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zuru Travel is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from travel activities organized by tour operators. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for all trips.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
