Cancellation Policy

Our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

Standard Cancellation

  • 7+ days before travel: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • 3–6 days before travel: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days: No refund. You may reschedule subject to availability.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, the cancellation policy applies per individual traveler. If the group falls below the minimum size due to cancellations, the operator may adjust the itinerary or offer alternatives.

Operator-Initiated Cancellations

If a tour operator cancels a trip, you will receive a full refund. Zuru Travel will assist with rebooking on an alternative package if desired.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with both travelers and operators to find a fair resolution.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a booking, go to your Bookings page and select the booking you wish to cancel. Alternatively, contact our support team at hello@zurutravel.com.
